experience teaching and leading in London schools. She has used yoga, meditation and growth mindset techniques for many years as a behaviour management tool and, more importantly, to nurture children to realise and unlock their potential. Louisa has practised yoga for 16 years and 6 years ago undertook training with Susannah Hoffman at Triyoga to become qualified to teach yoga to children aged 2-12. She has taught sessions at the Triyoga studio in Camden and at Cloud 9 Wellness Hub, as well as in schools. She has two children of her own, aged 5 and 8. Louisa began her reiki journey in 2008 and has continued to develop and refine her technique over the years.
